This project introduces a unified onboarding solution built using Microsoft Power Platform, centered around a clean, user-friendly interface and seamless workflow automation. A custom app developed in Power Apps serves as the core interaction point, allowing HR teams to capture and manage employee data efficiently.
Behind the scenes, Power Automate orchestrates the entire process—handling approvals, task assignments, and notifications—while a centralized data source ensures consistency and accessibility across teams. The system is designed to create a smooth flow of information, reducing friction and bringing clarity to each stage of onboarding.
The combination of intuitive design and automated workflows delivers a balanced solution that is both efficient and scalable, enhancing the overall experience for both employees and stakeholders.
